product management training

How I can help you

It doesn’t matter where you are starting from or your team’s level of product maturity. What matters is your collective desire to learn, grow and evolve. Training and speaking is tailored to your outcomes. With your commitment and my external perspective, we’ll set you up for success. Based on experience and with a critical eye, I build the competence and confidence of product teams in three ways:

Product training

This is not your typical classroom training! This is the Product Bootcamp. I teach and upskill product teams on core product competencies and behaviours. In-between sessions, me and a handful of partners offer coaching to deepen and embed the learning, driving real-world application.

How I work

We begin with a discovery call to assess if we’re a good fit. I want you and your teams to achieve your outcomes, so you need the right facilitator or speaker. If that’s not me, I have many trusted product coaches in my network.

In the discovery call we’ll get to know each other, understand your organisational context and get clear on what success looks like.

“I wish I had known Nick early in my career because I truly think I would have been better for it.”

"Most people I meet in the product space went into this field because they love working with technology, they love working with other talented professionals, and they want to help improve the lives of their customers, and make a positive difference in the world. So it bothers me greatly when I meet product leaders or product managers that tell me they're unhappy, either with their role, their employees, their teammates, or their leaders."
