Transform product mindsets and behaviours with bespoke product advice

I help product leaders and teams define their flavour of The Product Model

Making the Product Model work for you

Building technology-powered products using the Product Model is hard. You’re required to navigate rapid and constant change in uncertain contexts. You and your impactful product teams repeatedly need to adapt the way you behave, collaborate, and communicate.

You know you must blend people and technology to continuously learn and generate value. No textbook, framework, or process will unlock these outcomes. But a long-term commitment to a new operating model and culture will. A culture underpinned by multi-disciplinary teams with experimental, value-first mindsets and collaborative behaviours.

A culture I can help you craft.

How I work

Advisory engagements often begin with a lightweight assessment to ensure we have a shared understanding of the shape and scope of our collaboration.

The scope of the assessment depends on the engagement but would typically consider: the organisational context, the product organisation and leadership, and perspectives of individual contributors.

Based on these findings, together we agree on the approach to suit the level of product maturity, adapting as we learn.

Pricing

Product advisory services are subscription-based and backed by the Stories Matter guarantee, where you only pay for the value you derive from our collaboration.

The monthly fee is agreed upfront and every time an invoice is issued, you can pay the entire amount or any fraction, depending on the value you perceive in the work we’re doing together.

“I wish I had known Nick early in my career because I truly think I would have been better for it.”

"Most people I meet in the product space went into this field because they love working with technology, they love working with other talented professionals, and they want to help improve the lives of their customers, and make a positive difference in the world. So it bothers me greatly when I meet product leaders or product managers that tell me they're unhappy, either with their role, their employees, their teammates, or their leaders."

When Nick is speaking in front of a room, the audience is captivated. I was always motivated by his constant stream of new and innovative ideas. His energy for pushing forward Products and Customer Experience is met equally by his passion for prioritising and empowering the team around him.”

“Nick joined us at Memorisely to speak about Mental Health Awareness with Product Designers across the world. His gentle approach to a difficult subject provoked generous discussions afterwards and even encouraged others to be vulnerable and share their experiences. The way Nick is opening up the dialogue about Mental Health in the workplace is refreshing and inspiring.”
