70% of people think managers have the same impact on wellbeing as partners

We empower Human Leaders that nurture people and business results

Workplace wellbeing in crisis

Despite investing in wellbeing initiatives, UK businesses face an unprecedented decline in staff wellbeing:

Increasing workloads

Decreasing engagement

A growing sense of loneliness

A surge in stress and burnout

Many organisations focus on managing the symptoms of poor wellbeing, neglecting to address the root causes.

Managers are one of those root causes as they influence individual, team and business performance. Managers have been let down: 82% have had no formal training and 33% lack confidence to support team wellbeing, whilst many struggle with their own wellbeing.

The Human Leader is here to help.

Introducing The Human Leader

The Human Leader combines a people and team development programme with an online community for managers to learn from each other.

The Human Leader takes managers on a journey of self-awareness, personal & team wellbeing, empathy, and adaptability – the key ingredients for engaged, high-performing teams.

Who are human leaders?

We develop people-first managers by blending theories, practical frameworks, and lived experience. The outcome is a Human Leader who:

Develops confident teams, empowering them to speak up

Promotes diverse voices, serving as a role model for inclusive and equitable behaviour
Prioritises their health and the wellbeing of their people
Balances human and technical skills to grow high-performing, engaged individuals

Views themselves and their team as lifelong learners

Business outcomes

Human leaders care deeply about people. They care equally about business performance and profit. With more human leaders, your business:
Becomes effective and productive, creating long-term value
